Joey Dykes works in the Bland office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Mountain Sky Properties. He calls Bland home, and has lived in the area his entire life. His years of experience makes him knowledge of the region, local real estate, and how to help his clients find exactly what they want. Joey has worked in this field for a decade now. Before he was in real estate, he worked in a family owned retail business, so he understands the importance of taking care of those around you and helping your team whenever possible. He describes himself as a family guy, and wants to support local families by helping them realize their dream of owning a home. He is involved in his community as a coach, and says that being a coach and a Realtor® aren’t that different. “Everything is a transfer of emotion to buyers and sellers,” he says about how you can encourage, support, and guide your clients - much like you may guide a team. In his time off he likes to fish and spend time with his family.
